Just B Cosmetics offers free standard shipping for all orders with more than 1 unit of Lip Spectrum in the US, UK, Pakistan, and UAE.
For orders with only 1 unit of Lip Spectrum in the US, shipping is calculated at checkout.
For orders with only 1 unit of Lip Spectrum in the UK, standard shipping is 4 GBP.
For orders with only 1 unit of Lip Spectrum in Pakistan, standard shipping is 200 PKR.
For orders with only 1 unit of Lip Spectrum in USE, standard shipping is 8 AED.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of holidays in the respective markets. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from justbpals@justbcosmetics.co with tracking information.
In light of COVID-19, there may be some delays in processing and shipping your order. Unexpected delays can also occur due to weather, staffing and general delays with the carrier. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
We accept products for returns and exchanges if requests are submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. To return or exchange your product(s), please email us at justbpals@justbcosmetics.co with your name, address, order number and the product(s) you would like to exchange or return. After we receive your written request, we will respond with further instructions about returning the product(s) to us.
Upon receiving the returned product(s) from you, we will inspect the condition of the product(s) and will then proceed with processing any refund due to you. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, including the cost of standard delivery.
